Jayceon Terrell Taylor, commonly known as The Game, shared his unfiltered thoughts on the current feud among male rappers.

He does not understand why J. Cole would release a diss track against Kendrick Lamar and then apologize for it.

He also said rappers are now too safe and no longer know how to "rap rap" like he can.

The Game Unimpressed on Drake, Kendrick Lamar Feud

On his Instagram, the "Hate It or Love It" rapper shared a screenshot of a fan's tweet, expressing hope that any of the so-called feuding rappers would diss The Game so that he could listen to a "proper diss record."

In his caption, he explains why a fan would want him to be part of the feud scene.

"Cause my level of disrespect has no limit & I can actually rap rap," he wrote. "Fans gone choose up with whatever artist is currently safe for the culture to love as a whole but every real rap nigga in this shit KNOW who to play with & who not to."

He specifically made an example out of rapper J. Cole.

"Hip hop/Rap or whatever yall calling it these days was already watered down, then Cole apologized and turned this shit into Kool-Aid wit no sugar," he wrote, referring to J.Cole's infamous apology at the 2024 Dreamville Festival to Lamar for his diss track, "7 Minute Drill."

As if his statements weren't enough, hip-hop internet personality DJ Akademiks shared a screenshot of The Game's Instagram Story and posted it on his feed.

"Idk who softer these days these rap n-s or the rap fans," The Game's now-expired Instagram Story said.

J.Cole Apologized to Kendrick Lamar

At the 2024 Dreamville Festival, J. Cole shocked hip-hop fans when he apologized to Lamar after releasing his scathing response track, "7 Minute Drill," to Lamar's "Like That," a diss song directed at him and Drake.

"I'm so proud of ['Might Delete Later'], except for one part," J.Cole revealed. "It's one part of that shit that makes me feel like, man that's the lamest shit I did in my fuckin' life, right? And I know this is not what a lot of people want to hear," he said.

Since then, J. Cole has remained mum on the issue while Drake, Lamar, and Rick Ross have continued insulting each other.

When Drake released "Push Ups," Ross fought back with "Champagne Moments." Drake then released "Taylor Made Freestyle," which had Lamar releasing "Euphoria."
